To Return an Item to Plant: Please refreeze the accompanying gel paks then replace the merchandise back into the original box securely. Include your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for the return. If the item was a gift, please include your phone number and your e-mail address. We will credit all or a portion of the the original purchaser's credit card or issue a gift certificate, depending on the issues at hand. Look for your refund, issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Exceptions to our Guarantee are the following:
Customer providing wrong shipping address.
Neglect of timely delivered packages in extreme outdoor temperatures.
